Screen Printing

I wanted to connect this project with my thesis and create designs that were bright, colorful, and harsh on the eye. I used an element from Johannes Vermeer’s 1666 work, The Art of Painting, to create these prints.

Copper Etching

Using this printmaking technique I worked to recreate Leonetto Cappiello’s vintage wine ads.

Monoprinting

Using the freehand and painterly technique of monoprinting I created prints using hand and figure drawings from a past drawing course.
